| The kids had the opportunity to get an up-close look at our fire apparatus, explore our equipment, and learn about the important role firefighters play in keeping our community safe.
We capped off the week Friday evening with a fantastic turnout at our annual Fire Prevention Open House!
A huge thank you to the schools, daycares, library staff, families, and community members who welcomed us throughout the week and joined us Friday night. We also want to recognize our dedicated volunteers who took time out of their busy schedules to make these events possible.
Fire prevention doesn’t end when the week is over. The lessons learned today can help keep our families safe tomorrow
A special thank you to Manoa Fire Company - Station 56 for bringing their swift water rescue equipment to our open house! |
