Engine 35 w/6 and Foam 35 w/8 responded. While responding the assignment was upgraded to a working fire. Haverford PD confirmed a commercial dryer fire in the basement. The upgrade dispatched Ladder 35. The fire was held in check by the building fire protection system. Engine and Foam 35’s crew assisted and checked additional floors for extension. No extension was found.

While operating FireBoard advised 38 command of another building fire in town. Ladder,Engine,Foam and Chief 35 made the response along with Llanerch and Manoa. Chief and Ladder 35 arrived to discover a smoke condition due to a chimney malfunction. The assignment was held to units on scene. Company 35 returned a short time later.
