At 06:19 hours Brookline and Oakmont Fire Companies were dispatched to 25 West Eagle Road for a reported basement fire. Chief 38 arrived on location and reported smoke showing. Engine 38 and Engine 35 arrived simultaneously and began fire suppression and water supply. Crews then began opening up walls and ceilings in the first and second floors as the fire began to spread. Foam 35 arrived and dropped an additional supply line to Ladder 38. Crews remained in service till approximately 08:30 hours.
