New Radio System!

This morning at 10am Delaware County Emergency Communications Center started the migration of Fire,EMS and Police departments to the new Kenwood P25 radio system. This has been a work in progress over the past 5 years. This new radio system will allow for safer operations throughout Delaware County. It will also allow us to easily talk to our mutual aid in other surrounding counties.

The new radios (left) have replaced the older radios (right).
